Can I get a refund if I change my mind / am not happy with my tyres?

tyres.online will always strive to make the purchasing of tyres as simple and stress free as possible, which is why we are happy to refund your purchase within 7 days from the day after your chosen fitting appointment. (We judge this to be the first time you will have received the goods)

This is known as the cooling off period and allows you to cancel the order and receive a full refund providing you notify us in writing or another durable medium such as email within 7 days from the day after yfitting by our partners appointment.

This will give you the chance to inspect your tyre and make sure its just what you want with peace of mind.

As Long as the tyre is unused and hasn't been fitted/damaged we'll be happy to collect and refund/exchange your tyre, with no restocking fee's or additional charges. On occasion we may incur costs recovering the goods and we will notify you before taking any action as we will then need to deduct this cost from your refund, however all fitting costs and original delivery costs will be fully refunded.
